These Terms govern your purchase and use of AudioPrism, downloadable Windows audio software provided by Audio Ettiquette LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using AudioPrism, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

AudioPrism is downloadable Windows audio software for creators, producers, DJs, musicians, and editors. It helps you import local or supported audio, separate it into stems — vocals, drums, bass, and instrumentals — and export high-quality audio files. Stem separation runs locally on your device.

2. License & purchase

• AudioPrism is a one-time purchase.
• Lifetime updates are included with your purchase.
• A license key is required to activate the software.
• Your license is granted for personal and commercial creative use of AudioPrism.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the rights to any audio you process. AudioPrism is a creator tool intended for user-owned or authorized audio and local files. You agree to use AudioPrism in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of others.

4. Restrictions

• No resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, or publishing of AudioPrism or your license key.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source of AudioPrism.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

AudioPrism is provided “as is.” We provide reasonable support and ongoing updates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Audio Ettiquette LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the software.
